This very large property is located in the northeast of the Dominican Republic, in the province of Maria Trinidad Sanchez, which is one of the most beautiful in the Republic. This property borders directly from East to West the natural park “Guaconejo”. It extends with its 1.9 million square meters and 7.9 kilometers of borderline from the valley of the “Arroyo Medio” exactly where the river through a gorge leaves the estate towards the sea. The protective mountains form a natural border, and at the same time make the site very safe. The valley is wide and is only 15 minutes drive from the nearest provincial town (Nagua) with its stores and beach. The Arroyo Medio River flows through the property. It continuously brings fresh water. There are other streams, which have their origin in the higher altitudes.
